I have Consulted my first client.

2 weeks before New Years eve 2009 I met a wonderful
women full of creativity and above all else. She had two real projects that she had been
thinking about for quite some time.

She found herself being stuck in a situation where she wanted to get started but she
didn’t know how to proceed or what technologies to use.

Regarding the first project a simple blog and newsletter would be the natural
highly cost efficient solution to start with. What complicated the matter
was the fact that she had a friend that from what I could tell didn’t share
her drive for the project.

The second project however was something different. It was something
she cared greatly about. She wanted to use her background and life experience
to help exposed people like people living on the streets and young girls that
had difficult experiences in school.

I finished my consultation session giving some key action steps
to take in order to get her projects moving. With one of the
steps being to simply pick the project that she found was
closest to her heart and start there.

2 weeks later I called her up to see how things were going for
her with her two projects. The first project was still at a stand
still however her 2nd project had seen quite a lot progress.

Not only had she already enrolled in a free education to
contribute towards what she wanted to do. She had already
connected with another like minded individual sharing her
same passion & they were going to meet up and talk about it.

She had moved from a mental stand-still regarding
her two projects to having made significant progress
with one of her two projects from just a 1.5h consultation
with me.

I am looking forward to hearing from her how things progress
with her projects.
